Tournament Rules & Conditions

Before participating, please familiarize yourself with the official rules and guidelines for all TennisPro USA tournaments. Adherence to these rules ensures fair play and a great experience for everyone. We strive for impartiality and sportsmanship in all our events.

General Tournament Guidelines

All participants must be registered and have paid the entry fee before the registration deadline.
Players are responsible for their own equipment, including racquets, shoes, and appropriate attire.
Matches will be played according to USTA (United States Tennis Association) rules, unless otherwise specified.
Punctuality is crucial. Players must report to their assigned court at least 15 minutes before their scheduled match time.
Any withdrawals must be communicated to the tournament director at least 48 hours in advance for a potential refund (conditions apply).
Sportsmanship and respect for opponents, officials, and equipment are paramount. Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in disqualification.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

We primarily use USTA-approved pressurized tennis balls (e.g., Wilson US Open, Penn Championship) for all our tournaments to ensure consistent play and quality. Specific ball brands might vary per tournament based on sponsor agreements.

Yes, spectators are highly encouraged to attend and support our players! There is typically no entry fee for spectators. We kindly ask all spectators to maintain proper tennis etiquette, such as remaining silent during points and not interfering with play.

For outdoor tournaments, in the event of inclement weather (rain, extreme heat, etc.), the tournament director will make decisions regarding delays, rescheduling, or relocation to indoor facilities if available. Participants will be notified via email and text message, and updates will be posted on our website.
